About Us
The Innisfil Minor Lacrosse Association was started in 2005 to provide residents of Innisfil an opportunity to play lacrosse for the home community.
Since 2005, we have seen our registration increase over 200% and we continue to grow as more and more people get interested in lacrosse and understand the benefits of playing the fastest game on two feet!
We have seen our Rep teams compete at Provincial Championships, and won our first Ontario Championship in our first year! Since then, we have increased our level of play at age group and continue to compete and make it to the final day of Competition.
Since 2005, we have also run a field lacrosse program for those wishing to learn the traditional form of the sport, and lead into the box lacrosse season. Each and every year we have improved, and expect 2008 to be a very good year.
Our House League continues to grow and become more competitive. We look forward to this trend to continue and ensure all those who wish to experience the sport of lacrosse to have that opportunity.
In 2007, we introduced adult lacrosse, for both women and men. Both leagues were a tremendous success and we expect both to continue and grow in 2008.
